We just had our weekly editorial meeting, where editors pitch stories they\u2019ve heard about by word of mouth or found by reading hard-copy and online submissions. Most of the stories in our publications come from you, so we love a full mailbox (both kinds). A big part of our jobs is reading, reading, reading those manuscripts you so generously send in.<\/p>\n

Every week I most look forward to one kind of pitch in particular\u2014stories pitched to Angels on Earth<\/em>, of course! After each meeting, I come away thinking we\u2019ve found the angel story to beat all angel stories, and I can\u2019t wait to see it published for everyone to enjoy. I wonder how it can ever be topped. And then it happens! I fall in love all over again. Week after week, we collect stories we can\u2019t wait to put in an issue. I\u2019d like your story to be one of them.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve been putting off writing down your angel story, or writing up the true story of someone you know, do it now. It doesn\u2019t have to be fancy. We\u2019re here to help you get the finished manuscript ready for publication. Email your story<\/a>; maybe you\u2019ll get it to us in time to be pitched at next week\u2019s editorial meeting.
