Listen for God’s Voice
So Eli told Samuel, “Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, ‘Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.—1 Samuel 3:9 (NIV)
Just as God spoke to Samuel, God speaks to us. Make time to listen. Respond to His callings, His nudges and
guidance. Sit down and meditate on His Word. Pray and have faith that He can and will speak to you.
Lord God, I pray that I hear Your voice today. In the words of Eli, “Your servant is listening.”
