The Unity of the Trinity

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.—Matthew 28:19 (NIV)

Saint Patrick used the shamrock to illustrate the beautiful mystery of the Trinity—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—three distinct persons united in one essence. Just as the shamrock’s three leaves are part of a single stem, the Trinity supports us with infinite love and comfort. In the words of Saint Patrick, “Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me.” Let these words remind you of God’s constant presence and guidance in every moment of your life.

Heavenly Father, help me to embrace Your presence in my life, feeling Your love and support in every step I take. Guide me to share this profound truth with others, spreading Your light and love.
