Trustee and Chair of Guideposts, Wilma H. Jordan joined the Guideposts Board in 1988 and has served as a Trustee ever since. Over the years, Wilma has been an extraordinarily gifted and talented leader for the Guideposts organization and far beyond. As leader of JEGI Clarity, the most successful independent investment bank for the media, information, marketing, software, and tech-enabled services sectors since 1987, Wilma has been instrumental in completing more than 800 merger and acquisition transactions for global corporations, private companies, entrepreneurs, and private equity and venture capital firms.

Debbie Macomber has served on the Guideposts Foundation Board of Directors since 2010 and is a member of the Guideposts National Cabinet. A dedicated champion for writers, Debbie has been instrumental in developing and supporting the Guideposts Writers Workshop—an endeavor that has helped many aspiring writers become skillful, successful storytellers. Her inspiring pieces in our magazines and books make her a Guideposts reader favorite. Debbie is a No. 1 New York Times best-selling author and one of today’s most popular writers. More than 200 million copies of her books are in print worldwide. Her uplifting novels feature heartwarming connection among family and friends. In addition to her longtime service to Guideposts, Debbie is a Youth for Christ National Ambassador, and The year 2020 marked the 75th Anniversary of Guideposts. Like so many occasions, the main celebration, at which these two remarkable women were to be honored, was canceled because of the pandemic. |
