Surrender to Humility
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.—James 4:10 (NIV)
Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.—Psalm 27:14 (NIV)
Sometimes God calls us to wait and not act. Our job is to continue to trust Him along the way. To surrender our will for His, to exchange our timing for His, knowing that He holds every moment in His hands.
Great Creator, I trust You with my whole life, believing that now is a time for me to be still and not act.

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.—James 4:10 (NIV)

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.—Galatians 5:22–23 (NIV)

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.—1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV)
