Shake the Dust Off

Jesus told us that problems and difficulties are part of life. The key to handling challenging times is to learn how to respond. Instead of becoming filled with stress, ask for help from the Holy spirit. You are not alone.

Worry takes a tremendous amount of energy and often robs us of sleep and joy. Pray for the strength to follow the Lord’s instruction and let go of your fears. Take His words to heart—“Fear not!”—and feel a spark of excitement grow into joy.
