Choose Peace
Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle toward everyone.—Titus 3:1–2 (NIV)
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.—Ephesians 6:13 (NIV)
In the above verse, Paul urges us to put on the full armor of God to be prepared to stand up against evil. When we wear God’s armor, our thoughts are fixed on His truths, and our hearts are filled with His righteousness. only then can we live faithfully and confidently no matter what the day brings.
Almighty God, I am here, holding the promises of Your Word in my heart and ready for the glorious day ahead.
