The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.—Psalm 28:7 (NIV)
Today, ask God to help you focus on one specific quality about you that pleases Him. Then ask Him how you should use that quality to bring blessings to others. Spend a minute or two in prayer, feeling His joy.
Lord God, my heart leaps for joy at the thought of You.
