Kristy Dewberry shared her caregiving story story in the April 2019 issue of Guideposts. After years of a strained relationship with her mother, Dewberry was able to forge a strong bond and offered tips for those in similar situations.

2 ^{of 5} Chrissy Metz

Chrissy Metz has inspired millions in her role as Kate in the hit television show This Is Us. Last April, she shared her inspiring story of not giving up on her dream—even when she only had 81 cents in her bank account.

Writer and comedian Jeannie Gaffigan underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor in 2017, an experience she shared in the November 2019 issue of Guideposts. The mom of five and wife to comedian Jim Gaffigan never expected that the diagnosis would teach her an important lesson about slowing down and focusing on what’s really important.

Actress Cynthia Erivo was nominated for an Academy Award for portraying Harriet Tubman in the movie Harriet. In the cover story for the October 2019 issue of Guideposts, Erivo opened up about how faith shaped her performance.
