Here's where the real power of generosity comes in. Often, the more we give, the more we receive.

Practicing an attitude of gratitude spills over to acts of generosity.

God gives us abundant material blessing so that we can give it away, and give it generously.

If you can live with less of what you have, you can be more of who you are.

Think of the Christ, who came not to be served by others but to serve them in joy, in peace, and in generosity.

Practice giving things away, not just things you don't care about, but things you do like.

You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you.

If we are going to be kind, let it be out of simple generosity, not because we fear guilt or retribution.
