A spontaneous conversation with God, where you say what’s really troubling you, is a great way to clear your mind and hear His voice. Spell out your frustrations and worries. Be completely honest and open. Acknowledge that you depend on Him.
Heavenly Father, speak to my heart and tell me what I need to hear.
