So many worries and difficulties stem from imagined problems that may or may not happen in the future. Take each moment as a gift. Work hard toward building your goals. Life is given one day at a time, and it’s best to live it that way.

It has been said that genius is infinite patience. Many people give up on their goal before they have put in the necessary effort to succeed. Is there a dream that you want to achieve? Ask God to help you have the patience to persevere.

When Jesus was overcome with sorrow, He asked His disciples to keep watch with Him, to stay awake and support Him, and yet they fell asleep. At one time or another, people let us down, but God and His angels are always there for you. They will keep watch.

God gave you unique and special gifts so that your voice and experience can bless others in meaningful ways. Instead of comparing yourself to others, ask God to show you how you might make a difference and help another in need.

The things in your life that come between you and your relationship with God become “barbs in your eyes.” Reflect on anything that is blocking your faith journey and pray for guidance on how to live your life to proclaim His glory.

Do you follow the Lord passionately and completely, just as Caleb and Joshua did? When you feel the strain of life’s journey, trust Him wholeheartedly. Ask Him to clear the way before you. He will lift you from distress and comfort you.

God made the heavens and the earth, and there is nothing that He can’t do or make in your life. When you are facing difficult times, pray and ask for insight on your situation. Know that He is with you, and that because of His presence you can have hope for tomorrow.

Ever y day, God sends blessings and gifts to encourage and guide us. Yet there are times when our heads are down, working out a problem, or we’re busy with the day’s errands and we fail to notice His touch. Today, be aware of His messages of beauty and love.

The hearts of the disciples were “set on fire” when they listened to Jesus. In your own prayer life, make time to be still and receive His messages. Open your heart to receive the life-changing power of His Word.

The Bible calls your body a temple of the Holy Spirit. When you are stuck in a traffic jam or waiting in a long line at a grocery store, remember this verse and take a moment and go inward to pray. God is ever-present. His unfailing love lives in your heart.

As you grow your faith, realize that there is nothing in this world that you have to do alone. God will always be with you, guiding you and helping you through life’s unexpected twists and turns on the journey. Strive to live in harmony with His will.
