Be True to Yourself

He also told them this parable: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit? The student is not above the teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher.”—Luke 6:39–40 (NIV)
Jesus reminds you to examine and reexamine what is truly important in your life and to see if your answer aligns with His teachings. Is your heart right with God? By His grace you will live your life so that it truly pleases Him.
Heavenly Father, help me to grow and know You more each day. Help me to recognize my own “blind spots” so that I can clearly follow Your guidance.
