God’s Majesty

For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving.—1 Timothy 4:4 (NIV)
In autumn , evidence of God’s majesty surrounds us—brightly colored leaves, pumpkin patches, blue sky, and the shimmering of frost in the morning sun. Today take a moment to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.
God our provider, the world is full of beauty. May I never take the wonder of Your creation for granted.

Turning Evil into Good

You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.—Genesis 50:20 (NIV) Bib
Throughout the Bible, God shows His ability to turn bad into good. If you’re facing a difficult situation where everything seems to be going wrong, you can still maintain a positive attitude by believing God can turn negativity into blessings.
Redeemer, I know You’re actively working in my life. Shine Your divine mercy and grace on my problems and turn them into godsends.

The Measure You Use

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.—Luke 6:38 (NIV)
One of life’s greatest truths is that the more you give, the more you receive. Your life can take on true meaning when you give generously—and thankfully—to lift up another in need. God loves it when you share with a grateful heart.
Lord God, I am ready to lend a helping hand. Guide me to people and situations where I can be of service.
