Worthy of His Calling

With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith. We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.—2 Thessalonians 1:11–12 (NIV)
Are you living a life worthy of God’s calling, filled with good deeds and acts of faith? Ask God to show you where you are needed and help you take the next steps. He will guide you to help others and plant seeds of faith.
Dear God, I want to be worthy of Your calling and live a life that is pleasing to You.

Your Guide Through the Darkness

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.—Psalm 23:4 (NIV)
God is a beacon guiding your journey. His rod and staff are symbols of His guidance and discipline, bringing comfort as a shepherd’s tools bring safety to his flock. When you need direction, know that God is there to lead you safely through the darkness.
Good Shepherd, I feel Your comforting presence leading me on the right path.

The Courage to Embrace Your Purpose

“For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”—Esther 4:14 (NIV)
Esther ’s courageous act of standing up for her people teaches the importance of embracing our purpose and trusting God’s plan. As you face challenges and opportunities, remember that you are uniquely positioned by God to make an impact. With courage and faith, you can step into your divine calling.
Heavenly Father, grant me the courage to embrace the purpose You have for my life and to trust in Your plans.

Create Healthy Habits

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.—1 Corinthians 6:19–20 (NIV)
Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it’s essential to honor God by maintaining your well-being. Embrace new, healthy habits that will lead you to a more balanced and fulfilling life. Remember, you are not alone in this journey; God is with you every step of the way. Trust in His guidance as you make these positive changes in your life.
Heavenly Father, help me make wise choices to improve my well-being and grant me the strength to persevere in this journey.

The Humility of a Servant

Then Samson prayed to the Lord, “Sovereign Lord, remember me. Please, God, strengthen me just once more, and let me with one blow get revenge on the Philistines for my two eyes.”—Judges 16:28 (NIV)
Samson, known for his incredible strength, faced times of vulnerability and dependence on God. It’s important to recognize that your true strength comes from God’s grace. When you embrace your weaknesses and rely on His power, you become a vessel for His divine work.
Heavenly Father, help me trust Your strength when I feel weak and remain humble as I serve You.

Open Your Heart to New Beginnings

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”—Isaiah 43:19 (NIV)
As you encounter new opportunities, remember Norman Vincent Peale’s inspiring words: “Throw your heart over the fence, and the rest will follow.” By giving yourself wholeheartedly to change, you passionately demonstrate your commitment to pursuing your dreams and aspirations.
Dear Lord, thank You for Your unwavering love and guidance. I am excited about the new beginnings you have planned for me this year.

Uniquely Blessed

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.—Matthe w 5:48 (NIV)
You are perfect, exactly as you are right now. You don’t need to accomplish anything or prove your worth. You are not being judged and graded by God. You have been blessed with unique gifts and talents and are now learning life lessons.
Lord, when I am hard on myself—judging myself against an ideal version—guide me back to this beautiful truth. I am right where I am supposed to be.

God’s Eternal Glory

Through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.—Romans 5:2 (NIV)
Let the above verse take root in your heart. God’s glory is eternal—more powerful than we can imagine—and endures forever. Ask for Him to shine His radiant presence in your life. There is no limit to what you can achieve when you seek Him first and foremost.
Glorious God, Your faithfulness is beyond what I can imagine.

Grow into Your Dreams

Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.—Psalm 37:4 (ESV)
C. S. Lewis said, “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” It is never too late to be who you want to be. Open your heart to new hopes and dreams. Say goodbye to goals that have become outdated. Let go of beliefs that you have outgrown. Look to the future, knowing that everything is possible with God’s help.
Heavenly Father, remind me that I am never too old to pursue my dreams.

Almighty God, I worship You in spirit and truth. I am amazed by Your grace!
