On nights when you can’t sleep, when the worries
of tomorrow or rehashing a hard day keep you awake,
turn to this Scripture. Offer your worries to the one
who can do something about them. Tell Him what is on
your mind and ask Him to guard your heart and help
you find rest. Feel His perfect peace cover you.
Heavenly Father, thank You for the protecting my thoughts
and helping me trust You with my worries.
