Be Positive

Today, write down something that is causing pain or worry in your life. Pray for relief from the problem. Resolve to take positive action if possible. Tear the paper up and toss it away. Symbolically, you will be saying goodbye to the concern, and claiming the victory God is sure to give you.
Show me Your solution, Father, and help me act accordingly.
