When stress overpowers you, turn to God. If you feel burdened by taking on too much, recognize that it’s not your job to make everything happen. Do what you can and trust that God will do His part. No matter what you task are facing, look up and know that God will bring you joy.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for relieving my stress. Because of You I can face all of life’s challenges.
