How are you doing with your resolutions? A key to helping you keep control in your life is to keep faith first in your life. Immerse yourself in His word. Tap into His power whenever you feel weak and feel His strength surging through your mind, body and spirit.

Dear God, when I lack self-control, help me find the encouragement I need in the Bible. Guide me to the Scripture that will empower me, guide me and make me be my best.
