Peace in Life’s Shadows
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.—Psalm 23:4 (NIV)
Making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.—Ephesians 5:16 (ESV)
If you feel that there is never enough time, ask yourself if you had one extra hour today what would you have spent it doing? Tomorrow, make that the first thing that you get done. When you realize that you can shift priorities and manage time, you can begin to have more control over how you spend your day.
Heavenly Father, guide me to use my time wisely. Help me to make the changes I need to make so that I feel better at the end of the day.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.—Psalm 23:4 (NIV)
A fool spurns a parent’s discipline, but whoever heeds correction shows prudence.—Proverbs 15:5 (NIV)
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.—PSALM 37:7 (NIV)
