The Power of Good Judgment

An argument started among the disciples as to which of them would be the greatest.—Luke 9:46 NIV
In this verse, the disciples argue over who is the greatest and reveal what God really wants. Rather than boasting about personal achievements and competing with others around you, look to how you can be a vehicle for healing. Rather than wanting to be above others, look for ways that you can be of assistance.
Lord, it’s only human to want to be the best. Instead, I long to be like You, to act on love and to help others.
