God set me apart from the time I was born and called me through his grace.

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues from generation to generation.

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.

 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. 

 … but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.—

The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.—

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.—

I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. —

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.

Be doers of the word and not merely hearers.—

Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
