Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.

I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.

You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God.

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love, and of self-discipline.

Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son.

For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.

By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
