Eat! To God’s Glory
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.—1 Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)

Turn to this verse when you are feeling broken-hearted from loss or sorrow. Trust that God is helping you heal. Know that mourning comes in many different stages so be patient and understanding with yourself. Believe that tomorrow will be better. Find special comfort in praying the Psalms.
Heavenly Father, envelop me in Your tender care. Wrap Your arms around me and hold me tight. Send Your comfort now.
