Be Thankful for Everything
Give thanks in all circumstances, for this
is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.—1 Thessalonians 5:18 NIV
Jesus wants us to be thankful in Him—to trust that
difficult circumstances are there to help us grow—and
to be grateful for dark and troubling days because
those are often when God’s Light shines the brightest.
He wants us to be thankful in Him because He is our
constant, stable Source of strength and comfort.
Lord Jesus, because of You I am learning to be thankful
for every single breath.
