Balance Life’s Demands with Grace
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.—Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NIV)
And He said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”—Matthew 18:3–4 (NIV)
Life doesn’t always make sense. You can get frustrated and weary trying to figure out why something happened, or how God could allow it. You can drive yourself crazy mulling over ways to fix things, or you can put your focus on having genuine child-like faith.
Heavenly Father, help me to relinquish control and lean on You! May childlike faith guide me all of my life.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.—Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NIV)
Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.—2 Corinthians 9:7 (NIV)
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.—2 Corinthians 4:17 (NIV)
