Content in Him
Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”—Luke 12:15 (NIV)
God wants you to be content in Him, not in possessions. When you feel envious of what others have—a bigger house or a better job—instead of focusing on what you lack, reflect on His blessings. Ask for His help to have a heart of gratitude. He is enough. He is all that you will ever need.
Lord, thank You for blessing me beyond measure.
