No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.—1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV)
God gives us an escape plan from temptation. When you are tempted to do something that you know isn’t right, turn to Him for help. With the power of the Holy Spirit you will have the strength to stand firm.
Heavenly Father, give me the strength to walk away from temptations—and instead walk toward You.
