Sit by yourself, close your eyes and empty your mind. These moments keep you in touch with God, who speaks to us when we are relaxed enough to hear His wisdom. Christ said, “The Kingdom of God is within” (Luke 17:21); look quietly inward and discover His Kingdom.
Heavenly Father, help me still my mind so I may hear Your guiding voice.
