Focus on Eternity
Don’t be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me the seal of his approval.—John 6:27 (NLT)
When you are upset, ask yourself if your problem is rooted in a temporary situation. Shift your thinking to the eternal and focus on God. Rather than be consumed with the things of this world, allow the peace of heaven to fill your life.
Lord, help me to let go of temporary worries and hold on to You.
