Today, decide to heal a memory. Reflect on a time when you felt rejected. Take a deep breath and know that God loves you completely and accepts you just as you are right now. Feel the pain dissipate and thank Him for helping you move forward on a positive path for your life.
Lord, You heal the dark places of my past and lead me into Your wonderful light.
