His Joy, Your Heart

Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”—Nehemiah 8:10 (NIV)

The joy of the Lord is your strength. When you delight in Him, you witness the power of prayer. Your faith develops and your hope grows bright! Come and sit in the power of His light. When you are at home with Him, you are blessed with His joy.

Dear Lord, may the Light of heaven shine in my heart.
