Joseph’s Faithfulness
When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, but knew her not until she had given birth to a son. And he called his name Jesus.—Matthew 1:24–25 (ESV)
Reflect on Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus. Despite facing uncertainty, Joseph trusted God’s plan and cared for Mary and Jesus. His steadfast commitment to his family serves as an inspiring example to trust in God’s guidance and accept your responsibilities with love and dedication.
Heavenly Father, help me learn from Joseph’s example of trust and commitment, and grant me the strength to follow Your will.
