The Work of His Hands
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.—Psalm 19:1 (NIV)
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.—John 1:5 NIV
Nothing can happen in life that is so dark, that the sunlight will not shine again. The secret is to lift up your eyes “from whence cometh your help.” Today as we change the clocks back, remember all the good things that God has done for you in the past. Visualize that sunlight shining on this moment right now and extending its glorious rays of light into the future.
Jesus, thank You for Your Light which banishes fear and brings new hope of glorious beginnings.
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.—Psalm 19:1 (NIV)
When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, but knew her not until she had given birth to a son. And he called his name Jesus.—Matthew 1:24–25 (ESV)
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.—Matthew 5:16 (NIV)
