Little Things
“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’”—Matthew 25:21 (ESV)
The parable of the good and faithful servant stresses the value of little things. Sometimes we think in larger-than-life terms—what grand gesture can I do to show my faith? But this parable reminds you that it is the little things that “Enter into the joy of the Master.”
Dear Lord, guide me to the little things that I can do to please You.
