Navigate Life’s Challenges

If your life feels out of control, find a quiet place and take several deep breaths. Focus on what is going on and visualize God in the situation with you. Feel His love and strength.

Dear Lord, You are my Savior, my wise Counselor, guiding me to make the right choices and easing my worries so that I can calmly and confidently navigate through life’s challenges.
