Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.”—Matthew 26:38 (NIV)
When Jesus was overcome with sorrow, He asked His disciples to keep watch with Him, to stay awake and support Him, and yet they fell asleep. At one time or another, people let us down, but God and His angels are always there for you. They will keep watch.
Heavenly Father, nothing can separate me from Your love.
