Do you ever find yourself calm and relaxed, and suddenly, your mind wanders, seeking a worry to fixate on? When this happens, shift your thinking to the many triumphs Jesus has orchestrated in your life. Recall the many times you were victorious because He took care of you.
Heavenly Father, when my mind wanders to fears and anxiety, draw my focus back to Your peace.
