Restore the Broken

The Lord restored his fortunes.
In fact, the Lord gave him
twice as much as before!—Job 42:10 (NLT)

Sometimes life delivers unexpected blows that
leave you wondering what on earth God is doing. When
you feel alone in your suffering, look to Job. Despite
hardship after hardship, Job trusted God’s will for His
life. Surrender your desire to control everything and
pray for comfort and peace. Faith opens the door for
God’s restoration to begin.

Lord I surrender my worries and hurts to You. Help
me have expectant faith. Help me trust Your will
and Your timing.
