Scripture to De-stress

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.—John 14:26 (KJV)

Jesus’ comfort can soothe any stress. His love can go deeper than any possible trouble on Earth. So when you feel your heart race, take a deep breath and turn to the Bible. Pick one Scripture and breathe His Word into your heart.

Dear Lord, when I feel that my life is spinning out of control, steady me with Your reassurance that everything is truly in your control.
