The Blessed Trinity

Therefore go and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.—Matthew 28:19 NIV

Today as we celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day, consider
the shamrock. Saint Patrick is said to have used the
shamrock in his sermons to represent the Trinity and
how the Father, Son and Holy Spirit can all exist as
separate parts of the same entity coming together to
support us with love and comfort.

In the words of Saint Patrick, “Christ with me, Christ
before me, Christ behind me.”
