The “Lions” in Your Life
So the king gave the order, and they brought
Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den.
The king said to Daniel, “May your God,
whom you serve continually, rescue you!”—Daniel 6:16 (NIV)
In the above verse, Daniel courageously spent the night in the dark den with the lions and when the king came to him the next morning and asked if God had delivered him, Daniel answered, “My God hath sent His angel and hath shut the lions’ mouths that they have not hurt me.” When you are afraid think of Daniel and have faith that God will send His angel to control the “lions” in your life.
Heavenly Father, I have nothing to fear with You on my side.
