Your words have tremendous power. Despite the old saying about sticks and stones, words can cause lasting pain. Every day is an opportunity to use kind words generously in teaching about God’s love. As Jesus said, “What you say flows from what is in your heart.” (Luke 6:45)

Heavenly Father, help me make the world a better place, one word at a time.
