The Beauty of Fall
The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.—Isaiah 40:8 (NIV)

As we enter into the holidays, recognize that this time of year can be difficult for some people, especially if they have experienced a loss. If you or someone you love is going through a hard time, know that God knows the depth of your grief. He will comfort your heart.
Dear Lord, remind me to be gentle to myself during this difficult time. Lift me up when I am weak and help me find moments of peace.
