“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”—Luke 10:41–42 (NIV)
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.—Romans 8:28 (NIV)
Do you know who you want to be? Perhaps you haven’t asked yourself that question since you were a child, but the fact remains, the person you are and the person you are becoming is developed by the simple everyday choices you make. Take a moment and reflect on who you want to become.
Heavenly Father, help me grow into the person I am here to become.
