Finding Peace

All praise to Thee, my God, this night
For all the blessings of the light:
Keep me, O keep me, King of kings,
Beneath Thine own almighty wings. Amen

Dear Lord, protect me with Your strength and guide me with Your wisdom. Help me to remember to rely on my faith when I am afraid and draw from Your peace when I am overcome with worry. Fill my heart with Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Isaiah 58:11

Heavenly Father, I feel so alone. Sometimes it feels like nobody cares; I long for companionship and close relationships. But Lord, remind me that You care and that You will never leave me. Comfort me and surround me with Your love and understanding. Guide me to see that Your grace is sufficient, for deep down I know that Your power is greatest when I feel the weakest. Amen.
