Are You Listening?

For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.—Psalm 62:5 (ESV)
God is the source of hope and healing. Sit quietly and remind yourself that you are in the presence of God. Instead of talking to Him, listen to the words He speaks to your heart. He will never leave you.
Lord, my Rock and Redeemer, sometimes I am so frantic talking to You that I forget to listen.
