Do Something That Scares You

Eleanor Roosevelt famously said, “Do one thing every day that scares you.” Doing one thing every day might be too daunting to begin with, but ask yourself, when was the last time you stretched beyond your comfort zone? If nothing comes to mind, you are due to seek out something a little scary. Be strong and courageous.
Lord, help me stretch beyond the safe boundaries that I have created. I know You are with me wherever I go.
