Give Thanks

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord.—Psalm 92:1 (KJV)

Brother David Steindl-Rast wrote, “The root of joy is gratefulness … It is not joy that makes us grateful; it is gratitude that makes us joyful.” Think of three things you are grateful for right now and feel the joy spread in your heart.

Heavenly Father, may the light of gratitude shine in my life.
