Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?—Matthew 6:27 (NIV)
The above verse declares that worry is a waste of time, yet most people struggle with anxious thoughts. The next time you feel fearful about something, talk to God. He doesn’t want your heart to be troubled. He wants to comfort you and guide you to let go of worry.
Heavenly Father, reassure me that I am safe and protected, living my life guided by Your purpose and plan.
